Is it hard to find parts for Columbia AO?

I saw an empty case for a Columbia AO for sale and I was wondering how hard it is to find the parts for it? Would it be a hopeless project or doable?

Personally I'd wait for a complete machine, even if you have to pay quite a bit for it. They are by no means common but do turn up from time to time. But... then again you never know.
