Info on Brunswick model 122 phonograph

Does this model 122 have the single Ultona reproducer or a double?
He says it comes with two tone arms?

If you click through his photos it has the double Ultona with the Diamond Disc attachment. Looks like the second tone arm is a Cheney and has nothing to do with this machine.

Also it's been stripped and/or refinished as the decal area inside the lid is a totally different color.

The ad says: Hand crank model With 2 arms. One for 45s and one for 33s
