Hello everyone,
I would like to make a decal for a European G&T turntable. I was searching on the internet and found a photo on the site:
https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/deuts_gra ... no_ii.html
Unfortunately, to download a photo you have to register, which costs $25, and the photos are of poor quality (too weak to make a decal design).
I am looking for a high resolution photo of a decal, maybe someone from this forum has better pictures (or turntable, and will be able to take high resolution photos ).
Thank you in advance

Registering to Radiomuseum.org has always been free. It's based on a gentlemen agreement.

Unfortunately it does seem that without paying the $25, registration to this site is more complicated. It would require the input of an amount of information that kropton is perhaps not able to supply especially if more of a phonograph person than a radio person. I assume successful registration would also remove the watermarks from their pictures.
Maybe if you used the contact form they will help you. Hopefully someone here can help you but otherwise there is the German Forum.

I will try to get a membership, or maybe someone from the forum already has access and contact with owner of this turntable ?

Re: Deutsche Grammophon decal
Yes that's still a much better image!.. and the transfer-decal is much less worn.
It looks good to me but if still too small I'm sure the author will help you. I believe there is photo software that can alter the perspective of an image and make it a perfect rectangle as if you were viewing it straight on.
This is interesting as it is an early DG decal and like the French and British equivalents it is influenced by the shape of the only slightly older decal of the Berliner Gramophone, National Gramophone Co of New York.
