Other than saving a little space, I don't get it. I like to let gravity do it's thing. Victor, in Camden New Jersey... It's like déjà vu all over again.

Mildly curious, a sort of kinetic art object. Novelty would wear off quickly, and you'd need to drape it with a dust cover
