Don't know what this guy has been smoking, but here is his description:
RCA Victor 1930's Man Boy with coat and top hat.Stood in the center of the record player on the pin in center.Plastic mascot guy is in good condition,having only a small chip on top of the hat form being removed and replaced to play records.Has felt on bottom,and look's like it was hand painted from the factory.He measures 4 ¾" Tall,and about 1 ½" wide. See all pictures for condition,this mascot was before nipper the dog.
