“Chopin's Ghost” by Bert Shefter and his Rhythm Octet 1937

A nice ghostly adaptation of Chopin’s Waltz in C-sharp minor, Op. 64 no. 2. Watch out for spooks. Chopin may not be rolling in his grave, but he is flying around. Maybe to dance to the Fox Trot version of his famous Waltz.

I can see him raging ineffectually at Bert Shefter:

"I coughed my lungs out for THIS? So ignorant masses could prance around to this music?! Who put you up to this? It was that bastard Liszt, wasn't it?"
