I have only seen one other cabinet like this with the record drawers. Notice the unusual "foot" on the bottom of the cabinet in the middle, which keeps the cabinet from tipping forward with the drawers open. It's a good price for this type of cabinet...

We went to see it and the outside looks nice BUT the drawers don’t work properly and their insides are in pieces, back is off the cabinet, it’s in really bad shape. He wouldn’t negotiate so we passed.
