Amongst those parts I had 'just in case' but I don't have a triumph so I don't really need a spare motor.

It's in good shape, the springs seem good, though I've not tested it fully, it is missing the governor yoke but the rest seems there I think, I'm not too clued up on Triumphs so do ask for any additional photos if required.
