The second chuck is an add-on accessory piece that clamps onto a standard Exhibition. Therefore, there's nothing special about the reproducer itself, except that it's fitted with this accessory. All that said, very unusual and very interesting!!

John Sleep has had that for sale on his website for a long time, and I've looked at it with great interest on a number of occasions. I'm grateful to have it pointed out that it's an accessory and not an unusual soundbox - it's immediately obvious when pointed out, with the block's fixing screw clearly visible, but I hadn't spotted that at all!
