Widely recorded on 78 but probably hard to find outside the UK. Versions include :

Raymond Newell on Columbia.
Guy Lombardo on Decca.
Joe Loss on Regal-Zonophone.
Billy Cotton on Rex.
Billy Scott-Coomber on Rex.

Although the song is forever associated with Vera Lynn, I cannot trace a recording on 78.

There is also this version by Jack Payne on the UK Decca label (7282) they certainly take the opportunity to go BIG at the end! This is a transfer I did ages ago of my copy:

I am interested in all forms of audio media including: gramophones, phonographs, wire recorders, the tefifon, reel to reel tapes, radiograms and radios.
