This is a heavy duty spring winder that was designed to handle the heaviest of springs. Originally for Large music box springs. It is a work in progress. There is a complete set of design drawings. All is done except for the end of the rod that clamps to the spring and the lock to hold the spring. The drawings show what is still needed to be done. It is designed to be held in a vise and to give you two free hands to work the spring. I started this many years ago and pulled it out recently when a spring damaged both of my hands.
