For those who might be interested, I just listed an early Skeletal Home on my TechnoGallerie website. It's a nice original machine that runs well and has "all the trimmings" -- a weighted half-nut, a Standard Speaker, a badged crank, the version 1.0 lid (high decal with broad cross-hatching), an Emerson clip, a brass mandrel, etc.
Here's the link: https://www.technogallerie.com/product- ... -machines/
If you're not already familiar with the Skeletal Home, I'd strongly recommend your visiting the Antique Phonograph Society's website (antiquephono.org) and searching the library for George Paul's ca. 2005 article on the history of the early Home Phonograph. It's an excellent, informative primer that should be part of everyone's reading list, whether you're a Home Phonograph fan or not.

That's a lovely example of a very rare early Home.
George's article appeared in the September 2006 issue. It is a wonderful resource for documenting 'suitcase' Edison Homes.

Thank you, Jerry, René & Paul! It is quite nice, and I consider myself lucky to be its steward, if perhaps only for a short while.
