New Video Series - 5000 Series

Today I just posted the first video in what may be an overly ambitious adventure.

In my new series, the 5000 Series, I plan to sequentially produce videos for each 5000 series Edison Blue Amberol cylinder introduced between 1925 and 1929 (5000 - 5719). In this series, I will feature not only the contents of the cylinder, but add interesting pop-up facts to hold the audiences interest.

Hawaiian music isn't at the top of my playlist, but the Amberola VIII is one of my favorite machines. Sounded great.

The Tune selection is not what I would have hoped to introduce this series, but it was number 5000. We'll see if I can keep this going!

It is a nice informative video and an ambitious undertaking! For the future videos, I suggest you remove the ¨pop¨ sound everytime an info card appears. This way we can sway to the hula with no distractions.

Very ambitious mission, I wish you success!

I attempted to upload all 940 of the Domestic 2min. Albany Indestructible Cylinders a few years back.
I was able to to to upload 500 videos before life got in the way.
Eventually I lost interest and sold about 90 percent of my cylinders.

Nice video shawn!

I liked all the little bits of information that popped up during the video... but I found the "pop" noise each time one came up to be annoying.

Maybe you can zoom out in a future video and show that herzog cabinet
