Just found on a flea market. I thought it was homemade but another one was on sale far away from my place so I don’t know anymore…
It measures 41.5cm by 30cm and is in plaster.
Any info will be helpful.

That's French. I'm not sure of the vintage. Possibly 1920s.edisonplayer
