SOLD: Edison Standard A 2/4 with Diamond B and Original Horn

Edison Standard Model A, SN S192195, 2/4 minute combination type (kit). All parts (phono, carriage, reproducer, horn, elbow) came from one family estate (original owners).

Mechanically cleaned/lubed/adjusted in 2020 by a local, highly-respected phono whisperer, this versatile 2/4 Standard A comes with:

• horizontal large-eye carriage;
• Diamond B reproducer that was completely cleaned and restored (new gaskets, new diaphragm) by Steve Medved in 2020 that plays loud and
clear;
• original Edison black and brass 15” horn with a "Pat App'd for" stamp on it excellently buffed, polished, and trued by John Duffy;
• nice, clean chrome plated elbow for the reproducer/horn connection; and
• new rubber feet

Plays nice and runs smooth and quiet.

The whole player: bedplate, case, mandrel, horn and lid are very clean.

• $445 without Diamond B reproducer
• $325 without reproducer and without horn/elbow

PACKAGE BONUS: Three Edison Gold Moulded cylinders with original boxes if you buy all of it. I have ~40 to choose from.

This player has style, it’s pretty, and it’s original.
