G&T New Victor (Baby Monarch) on UK eBay

Post by Orchorsol »

Did anyone else see this? It was there only briefly. Either someone got a bargain or the seller realised their mistake(s)...

Yes, as soon as I clicked on it the next page said it was sold.

I said at the time, "I have no idea what it is but that sold fast. Some-one may have had a bargain there"

By describing the machine as a Decca (why?) the seller had only him/herself to blame for the low price achieved. Some potential bidders might have passed over the listing without checking it in detail, and the 98.3% Feedback would not have inspired confidence either.

I totally agree. It was on a 'buy it now' at that low price (with the 'or offer' facility!) and within moments of my clicking on it, it had finished.
