FOUND... Horn crane base adjustment slide

Looking for the adjustment slide (for lack of better term) that attaches to the base of a cylinder horn mount.. .

I have enclosed two pictures of the area where this piece would attached.. The adjustment screw applies pressure on the piece I'm looking for which in turn holds it against the bottom molding of the cylinder cabinet.

Even a picture of what it would look like would be helpful should I try my hand at fabricating something to make it work. For now it's basically useless.

Thanks Chris,, I was able to find the correct adjustment slide.. That crane base is a different style but would definitely work.
