Victor xmas presentation album?

I spotted this on ebay & thought some of the Victor enthusiast might know something about it.
Is this just a special xmas gift album, either sold seperately or given away with the purchase of 3 records, or was it meant to hold 3 specific xmas discs?
I would imagine this would go well with Seans Victor xmas banner, but with a starting bid of $100 or BIN for $1000, I doubt it will be finding a new home anytime soon. I guess it's a pretty scarce item though.

My understanding is that this was something you could buy to give Victor records as a gift. I have no idea how much it may have cost, if anything, but I remember reading something about these albums someplace, possibly in a Victor supplement.

I picked a really nice one of these up last year on eBay for something like $5, so this seller is obviously dreaming, although they are scarce, I've only ever seen a few of them.

That is exactly what these albums were for.The most I have seen one sell for is 14.00 on Ebay. At that price the seller should have Xmas records in it as a selling feature .
