WANTED: Nifty Nirona Motor Parts

Well Im at it again with my Nifty Nirona toy phonograph!!

I am in need of a governor for the Nifty Nirona block motor. The small brass / fiber drive gear on the governor has come loose from the shaft. I tried glue but didnt hold well. The fiber gear is centered by 2 brass gears. When winding the spindle gear just spins the motor down immediately without the governor moving.

I'll even take the whole motor if you have one!

Guy, I think this needs to be repaired by an expert with proper tools.... Have you considered to send the axis and loose pinion to such an expert? Someone here could make a new pinion and insert it properly on the axis for you ... Don't dismay, there are colleagues herein that know how to do that. Just wait... And if n nobody answers, insist.

Now the fiber gear is damaged. Just an update. Now will definitely need a new governor shaft. Please let me know everyone! Thanks!!
