I'm not affiliated, I just find this a very curious, interesting horseshoe magnet add-on turntable from I would guess circa 1928 or so.

For those who are curious, "Butler" means Butler's Finish- a satin finish,often silver.

I remember seeing something similar in the UK when I was a child. Although it wasn't as elaborate as it didn't have a lid but was just the turntable and pick up. Wish I could remember more detail about it.
