FOR SALE: British Columbia 109 Portable, $200

Here is a Columbia 109 portable of the earlier variety with the straight tonearm instead of the plano-reflex variety found on the later versions of this model. I have sent the reproducer out to Wyatt before but the machine is still a little rattly for some reason or another. The metal piece attached to the lid which would cover the needle pot when the lid was closed as well as the leather handle are missing, but other than that it is in good shape. Some of the leatherette on the rear has been re-glued, and the motor hasn't had any issues for me. It is located on Long Island in New York, and I would prefer not to ship it.
