I would say that most of the sections of the turntable are missing, and no reproducer.

Never seen anything like it. I wonder how the turntable "fingers" attach to the hub. Could it be that there are only four and they are meant to attach at each quadrant?

That makes way more sense, and they have a round nub on the end that slips under a slot in the centre hub, that's the way it looks to me.

It's a pity the photos are so poor as it doesn't show if there is a part missing to connect the arm to the base. In each picture the arm is shown loose. The soundbox is missing and presumably the lid stay. I assume it was adjustable looking at the remains left on the inside of the base?

The lid is curved inside so the idea must have been for the horn to fire into the lid and sound reflected off it similar to Decca and Apollo machines?

Does anyone else think the end of horn might be missing too? It looks too much like a piece of plumbing pipework to be a complete arm / horn. I'd expect a much more rounded, wider and flared end if they were going to all that trouble to curve the lid to diffuse the sound?

It must have been quite an impressive machine for a miniature!
