For Sale: Edison A250 - $600

Downsizing my collection and making room for new machines. This is an almost perfectly preserved example of the Edison A250 Diamond Disc Phonograph.

This was purchased new circa 1914 and I am only the third owner. The original owner didn't like it and it sat unplayed for decades until his son sold it to the collector I acquired it from.

Finish is in beautiful shape, minimal signs of wear. There is a faint ring on the top of the lid, possibly a planter was on top for a bit. Horn still retains a lot of it's faux wood grain.

The bedplate is in excellent original condition, which is rarely seen with these machines.

Reproducer plays wonderfully and the motor is strong. Some edison discs included. Have many rarer operatic selections for sale separately.

I paid $600 for this a few years back, not trying to make money. Just want to get out what I have in it. Edisonic reproducer available for sale separately.
