Can A Member Confirm Please ?

Can a member confirm there are only four different Canadian Berliner Gramophone tip trays. I have recently been told there may have been a fifth. These are the four I know of. There is also a French (on the reverse) version of the round black bordered tray. Maybe they mean that variation as the fifth type??
