I found a basket case Oak Victrola IX during vacation last week. Here are the parts from it to help you finish your machine:

Victrola No 2 reproducer. Rebuilt, New gaskets, thumbscrew and insulator. Excellent Nickel $60
Crank escutcheon w screws. $15
Motor and motor board - I fully wound it and spring are good but there is some sticky grease in there. $35 (2 Pictures)
12" Turntable. $5
Nickel needle cup with oak holder and screw. $25
