As the Sep 2022 issue of AP was being sent to the Printer, we were able to determine that Edouard Hardy was indeed buried (1899) at the Dreux Communal Cemetery, near where he had lived with his wife Berthe Rousseau (b. 1843 - ????). Edouard was the youngest of three brothers, and none of them was named Edme! It will probably take years to unweave that detail from the history books. The "popular" mistake regarding his first name lasted from 1986 to 2022.

I got mine yesterday, but didn’t read it yet. I will probably read it at the La Quinta Inn where I stay when I go to Wayne. That’s a tradition I have been doing since 2018.
