I knew something was amiss because I always thought Golden and Hughes confined their dialog to African Americans.

You advertised it as Golden and Hughes. But it was instead Collins and Harlan.

Your response was "surprise". Was the surprise the alternative racist duo who were the artists? It is amusing that both pairs typify the Jim Crow era performances. Although I feel Golden and Hughes were worse.

Thank you for pointing out my mistake on the title. It does say Collins and Harlan.

No problem. I thought it was an amusing mistake as you mistook one pair of racist performers for another. It should be a reminder to all that those were different times and these records provide a necessary reminder.
