The three red WATERMARKs are not on the original paper, and placed in the attached image digitally for this listing to protect the new owner.

In 40 years of collecting, I have never found another!!! This one is in excellent condition. It folds over at the center. There are no tears or other issues. This is one beautiful and truly rare piece of phonograph history.
