A new or old Nipper?

Post by jboger »

Here are two pictures of a nipper. It seems to have a glass eye, but I have not inspected this Nipper in hand. Any chance this is a period Nipper, a store display, or a more modern reproduction?

I say modern as well. Those eyes make it appear that Nipper has had way too much coffee

Thanks to both of you. Jerry, I like your coffee comment. Had to laugh.

He's a modern Nipper and should be priced as such.

Definitely a repro, probably made within the last 20 years. Not one of the better looking repros I've seen to put it mildly!
