This label is unfamiliar to me, but the little boy seems happy with his toy gramophone and records :

Nice photo! Javo disques were little records made for children, but the contents (at least on the ones I have) are mostly adult-driven, like pop music of the day played by a small group or traditional French songs.

What a sweet photo! :)
This site has four audio files and places the disc 129/Z19 close to 1930. Most sites just say 1920s.
