Question on Columbia Cylinder boxes.

Can anyone tell me if the Columbia two minute Indestructible boxes came with a record label on top of the box. These are the red boxes that say sold for .35 cents. I have some three dozen of them but only two have what appear to be original tops and neither has a title label. If anyone has pictures of original labels i would love to see them.

In 50 years of collecting, I've only seen about 4 of these boxes with the original lid in place, and all it has is the catalogue number stamped with a rubber stamp, the numbers about ⅜" high. It seemed to be a low budget operation.
