Does anyone have to sell an 8-inch cone from a speaker with a ¼ coil, it measures 12 Ohms to me

what is a ¼ coil?

Is it a voice coil assembly glued to the apex of the cone?

A picture is worth 1000 words

You might have better luck on a radio forum. Most of us are not into electronics - if it doesn't have springs, gears, cranks and acoustic sound, it doesn't make sense...

online you will find several choices of "speaker recone kits" - the kit includes the cone w/surround, spider, voice coil assembly, dust cap, tinsel wire and sometimes even the adhesive - I'd guess that you need a 16 Ohn voice coil - be sure to measure your magnetic gap to assure fit and make sure the voice coil has clearances on the inside and outside.

Also clean out you magnetic gap- I use tape triangles made from masking tape

You can probably find someone doing this on YouTube

Good luck

Claudio, You do not have to replace the speaker cone. You just replaced the leather suspension that is on it. I do this all the time. I will send images to you and Thiago in Facebook Messenger.
