Re: Phonograph Maker?
Very similar to a Columbia Type BA Graphophone in hardware and ‘weight’ of the cabinet, although the beaded molding and trim on the BA is different. Likely a client machine produced by American Graphophone (the manufacturing division of Columbia) for a client. The fancy decal never appeared on anything branded ‘Columbia’.

I agree with John, and my best guess is Oxford.

Re: Phonograph Maker?
It is very similar to the Harvard No.1. So I believe the others are correct it is a Oxford.
As for value. My first harvard 1, was $200. And just bought a second at Stanton's auction for $100.
great little machines
