Keen-O-Phone Reproducer Needed

I am looking for any help in finding a replacement Keen-O-Phone reproducer. As you can see in the attached photos, the original owner had broken the reproducer at some period of time and used glue and JB Weld to put it back together. It still doesn't work, nor will it stay on the arm anymore.
