Looking for a friend who needs one of these...does not need the top piece that's on the motor board...please see pics. Please let me know if I'm wrong but they're pretty much standard for many of the models aren't they? Just not sure if there's any size difference? His machine is a Victor E and again I would think most would fit...if you have one laying around and want to sell it...my email is [email protected] ...or I can send a phone # too...thank you, Craig

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the humpback II uses a different style latch.

Hi- I had responded with a couple that the OP can't use-- There were two types that I know of:

One, as pictured in the original post, that has a "button" attached to the latch and,

Two- another type that did not have a button-- It was activated by a tab that pushed against the latch-- This type had a diamond shaped plate on the front of the machine.

My latches are for the second, tab type-- no hole for the button-- but I suspect it would be fairly easy to fabricate one.

BTW- My Humpback II has the button type as pictured by the OP.

Yes mine is the button type. I wonder if they are the same length? I guess I could fab a button.
