Updated,
I found A Vic E rear Mount with the smaller turntable.
I’m now looking for the Vic E rear Mount with a 10” turntable

I believe the Victor E rearmount never came with a 10" turntable. It evolved into the humpback II which has a 10" turntable.

Bob,
Thank You for that reply.
I just went back to multiple web sites that state at the very end of the Vic E production run they came in a 10” turntable before the change over.
I am going to post in another section and get more information
