Looks like a Columbia . I think it's missing a collar where it attaches to the sound tube. Possibly to a model B.
Also its hard to tell from the pictures but it might say "RECORDER" instead of "REPRODUCER"

Looks like a poorly cast reproduction Columbia #5 reproducer to me.

It has reproducer on the top but it’s worn down
