Carlos, which Pathé machine are you referring to?
To my knowledge, Pathé elbows are “female type” with a diameter around 1 4/8” (around 4cm).
I only saw such elbows on a few machines (Symphonion, Aretino) but with a smaller diameter.

The Concert A machine and others from the same period have the screwed elbow with the lip like the one shown, in *male type* that fits inside the domed interface of the arm. The diameter is indeed around 4 cm, the one in the photo shows a measured diameter ⅛ of an inch smaller - it could be a measurement error (I did not take any precise measurement), but otherwise the elbow and horn are much the same as the Pathé.
