FS: Approx. 2000 78's RPM Record

Post by maginter »

I am moving and these need to go! This is a lot sale so don't ask me to go through them for you. It is all or nothing. Using a tape measure I have done a conservative record count. This is not completely accurate, but it will be close. By this count I come up with approximately 2000 records from the early 1900 through the 30's. The labels that I have include the following.

Okeh Red label
Gennett Blue and Green label
Columbia note label
Victor Black Bat wing
Victor Red Batwing
Victor Black Scroll
Standard
Harmony
Consolidated
Columbia Blue label
Cameo
Emerson
Brunswick
Victor Record (Early label)
Columbia Viva-tonal
Columbia Import
Columbia Red label
RCA Victor

I would guess that more than half of the records are Victor and Columbia in the early labels. There is probably more, but I am trying to be conservative. The average condition on these is Good to Very Good, with some records being very nice. After reviewing what is there my total asking price for the entire lot is $400. There is a lot of very good music in this lot. If you think the price is somewhat out of place, shoot me an offer and we can talk. I am moving and these need to go! I am located in Russiaville, IN about an hour north of Indianapolis. I can send pictures of some of the labels. Contact me at [email protected]
