Wanted - Shade for Capital Phonograph Lamp

Does anyone have an original lamp shade for sale and / or possibly know where I can get a frame recovered? I want something very similar in style to the originals and of good quality. Lamp is made by Burns & Pollack but very similar to Lampagraph.

Has anyone used LampShadeMaker? How was the price / quality?
