Trying to identify early Victor front mount horn

I have this early horn for a front mount Victor and from reading other recent Victor horn posts I’m wondering if it’s correct for an ornate Victor MS with a dog ID tag and a 4 digit serial number. Note the pale blue decal and its relationship to the seam.
Bell measures 11.5” in diameter and the total height of the horn NOT including the elbow is 18.5”. Measured from the horn sitting on the floor with the tape measure touching the floor coming up through the small end of the horn.

I have the same horn and do not know what machine it would have been originally supplied on either. Victor sold horns and traveling arms separately to people who wanted to upgrade to a bigger one, so it could have been used on just about any Victor front-mount.
Interestingly, my decal is on the opposite side from yours. That is to say, with the seam at the bottom, my decal shows on the reproducer side.
I think your wire horn support might be from a Columbia though, but I will bow to the experts on that.

I would hazard an educated guess by referencing all the iterations of Victor catalogs on the APS forum available to members that it should have a 21" leather elbow configuration and not a horn with a threaded brass elbow. However, I don't loose much sleep over a horn produced within a year or two of the original, where the MS owner who has probably knocked the leather elbow horn to the floor 20 times a year before "upgrading" to the horn you show here in about 1903/4.

Each of the catalogs showing a FM MS - shows FM MS's with a leather elbow. I have not seen a Victor catalog showing a FM MS with a threaded horn.

My Victor MS actually has the extension on the front mount support and an all brass horn with an original threaded brass elbow. Everyone keeps hitting the horn so I thought I would downsize the horn and travelling arm and was curious if that smaller setup was in fact legit.
It currently looks like this: I’m not at home so I can’t photograph my actual machine. Stolen from internet…

Hi Darren, George, John et al

I have a horn with the same measurements as Darren's-- 11.5" bell-- 18.5 long with measuring tape though the small end to table below.. Threaded for elbow. It was painted over (flat black) at some point in it's life, so I can't determine decal location-- It's been in a stack of extra horns for awhile.
My assumption has been that it was for a FM "M".. But I've sold both my M's so can't verify-- Just thought I'd add it to the data bank---if anyone is going to start one
