There is this website selling cylinders, phonographs, horns, and music box discs called 4-4 time. i was wondering if its real.

There is only a name identified in the About Us tab - it may be legitimate, the descriptions and photos are professionally made, but before sending payments I would try to contact the person and check, or hear from anyone who may have dealt with them.
