Dictaphone 10x parts/info/tips

Just picked up at Dictaphone 10x, looking for any and all information to get this going. The bakelite horne needs replaced and the bottom/cable in the microphone is broken. I see on the reproducer(?) the listening side has a needle then when you switch to dictate side it seems to have a bump maybe where it scratches, is that suppose to have a needle? Not sure if that's what it's supposed to look like. Pictures of that part in working order would be a huge help. I'm replacing the cord tomorrow to see if she fires up after I oil everything up. Anyone with resto tips or information on these machines please let me know thanks!
