Brunswick Panatrope-Radiola 25 Super-Heterodyne Model AR-942

Hello--I recently inherited a machine from my late grandparent's estate and was hoping to find more information about it. Google searches have come up with similar cabinets, but nothing quite exactly the same setup and none that included the model number I have on the rear nameplate. I found another thread on here for a similar cabinet, but I think it was battery powered and mine is fitted with an AC cord. I have no idea the last time the cabinet was functional, but I don't think it's been working as a record player since I've been alive.

Here's a summary of the information I have:

Turntable nameplate: Panatrope MODEL-PR-16C
Radio Nameplate: Brunswick-Radiola25 Super-Heterodyne

There were vacuum tubes connected to each component, but some look burnt out and I would need more information about testing them. It looks like something leaked out of the radio vacuum tube box, but otherwise I don't see any obvious signs of damage. My guess is tubes burnt out and were not easily replaced and the cabinet ended up sitting idle for 40+ years. There's a speaker behind the center panel in the front, but I haven't looked at the condition of it yet. I'm hoping to do some amount of restoration and use the cabinet as it was intended. I know a little bit about turntables, but virtually nothing about systems that use vacuum tubes. If there is any interest in the radio unit or what I assume is the amplifier, please let me know, I'm not sure that I'm interested/capable in restoring those two components. Pictures are attached, any help or information would be greatly appreciated!

As described on the plates, the Brunswick phono model is the PR16C, the radio is an RCA model 25.

The radio is missing the 199 tubes and the tube cover, the amp appears to have it's tubes and the ceramic resistor. They're dirty but still show the silver getter flash, a good sign. If they were white they would be bad.

Electrically except for the radio tubes it appears to be complete. Nothing looks like it would be a problem restoring it unless the catacomb, the actual radio components in-cased in a nasty wax/tar substance are bad.
