I'm just curious- how does the rank system work/how do you get them? I'm "Victor JR", and it seems the highest rank is "Victor Monarch Special", is there anything higher?

You’d be correct. Here’s what Neophone set up for those:

# of PostsRank
0Victor Jr
50Victor O
100Victor I
200Victor II
500Victor III
1000Victor IV
2000Victor V
3000Victor VI
4000Victor Monarch
5000Victor Monarch Special

You’ll hit the final level in 548 posts. :D
