Found: Victor Exhibition Reproducer

Post by Granby »

Greetings! It happened again.... I am attempting to downsize but the wife and I stumbled into an antiques store that was going out of business and there sat a Victrola IV table model with an awkwardly low price. Fast forward 30 minutes and, there it sat, in between us in the truck on the way home.... ;)

So much for shrinking the collection, right now. What can I say, we love these things.... I know it's a common machine but I couldn't just leave it there. :?

On a serious note, even though it had a LOW price, it is in need of a Victor Exhibition reproducer. The tone arm shows quite a bit of "age" so I am not looking for pristine example, as far as the appearance goes. But, I would entertain a "rebuilt" one for the right price. Or, even an "as found" one for the right price. I just would really like to "complete" the machine with an accurate sound box.

Thanks in advance! I will try to update this posting to "found" as soon as I find one. I will also try my best to monitor PMs but there may be a slight delay...

Thanks, - Chris
