Original interior/exterior cones are damaged and have been removed. Have the new cones on hand. Any tips on installing them?

If you still have the original damaged horns I may be interested in purchasing them.

For mounting, make sure the wood properly fits, don't try and bend it with your hands you will easily snap or break pieces off. Make sure the horn is secured before use (as with any phonograph)

The horn has no damage, other than the end cones needing replacement. That’s what I’m looking for any help on.

Ah. I see, I mis-understood. I'm not the best at wooden horns, so I'll leave this to somebody else.

I had a Mahogany horn a couple of years ago that had some splintered wood that was missing on the small end making it necessary for me to remove the two cones to make repairs to the wood ,the originals were pressed together then the metal lip on the exterior piece was bent over a lip on the interior piece, I straightened out the lip releasing it from attaching to the other cone, made my wood repairs, then reinstalled using the tool I made with two different size hole saws. I put a small amount of good quality construction adhesive on interior and exterior cone and assembled using the home made tool to draw the two pieces tight together. Then after adequate cure time I disassembled the tool and bent the lip back in place as best I could, The adhesive was doing the work holding everything solid , just carefully bend the lip back in place were it looks good. It is important to mark your elbow rivet orientation, or your decal will not be in the correct position
