It was from a live auctioneer auction. That was the only photo and had little info on it.

Vieta was a famous high quality audio equipment brand from Barcelona, Spain, during the 70s. Their sound gear is much sought after by collectors.

Phonographe miniature, d'une série de cinq, créée en Espagne par Manuel Olive Sans et commercialisée par la société Vesta en 1965. Celui-ci reproduit à l'échelle ¼ le Lioretgraph Le Babillard. La manivelle située sur le volant régulateur fait tourner le cylindre.
Miniature phonograph, from a series of five, created in Spain by Manuel Olive Sans and marketed by the Vesta company in 1965. This reproduces the Lioretgraph Le Babillard on a ¼ scale. The crank located on the regulating steering wheel turns the cylinder.

Thank you! Wow! I wonder if its functional to a degree or if it came with mini cylinders. Probably not but its still fun to think about
