Help Identifying French Zon-o-Phone record

Hello everybody
I recieved this French Zon-o-Phone disc a while ago, & as you can see, the label has worn off enough to make the title basically illegible. I was able to use its etched matrix number, 11721, to find the song title/recording date, but i forget both of those, & the website is nowhere to be found. Can anybody identify the record & if possible post an image of a better condition label?
