A Label with a Typo?
I was looking through my collection of 252 records and I found something weird. It seems to have a typo on the label, but is it one or is it just the composer? It looks like it might say “Titl” instead of ‘Title’. If it is a typo, how much is it worth?

Re: A Label with a Typo?
It's the name of the Austrian composer of the music: Anton Emil Titl (1809-1882).

Even if it was a typo, it wouldn't be valuable... It's not like an incorrectly stamped coin.

Oh, doesn’t that name violate German phonotactics?TinfoilPhono wrote: Thu Jul 03, 2025 9:04 pm It's the name of the Austrian composer of the music: Anton Emil Titl (1809-1882).
